The Champion Backyard Wood Pellet Grill and Smoker by Louisiana Grills revolutionizes grilling in three different ways: the digital control center and lid thermometer allows for precise temperature control from 180° to 600°F (at 5-degree increments), the use of all-natural hardwood pellets allows you to enjoy the amazing wood flavor with the single push of a button, and a programmable meat probe that works together with the digital control center to regulate temperature.

Adjust the meat probe to your desired internal meat temperature, and when it hits the temperature, the grill auto-adjusts to a low smoke setting when ready. Never worry about overcooking or burning your food. With the adjustable, slide-plate flame broiler, you can sear steaks and fish just like your favorite steakhouse.

Our proprietary exhaust system makes for even grilling and smoking in the main grilling chamber, and a damper allows great versatility and control when using the smoke cabinet extension. The included, removable, upper cooking rack adds cooking space. While you cook dinner on the bottom, convection heat lets you prepare vegetables and dessert at the top, all at once.

No need for a rotisserie with the fan-forced convection heat. Masterful control of airflow throughout the main grilling chamber and smoke cabinet (total cooking area: 14,896 sq.cm / 2,309 sq.in.) allows you to skillfully prepare food with savoury natural hardwood flavour. Clean-up is a breeze with the heavy-duty, porcelain-coated cast-iron cooking grids. Known for superior heat retention, cast-iron makes searing easy.
